EstateGunsandAmmo.com sells used firearms, previously purchased ammunition, and pre-owned accessories. Each item is inspected and presented with accurate descriptions and high-definition photographs to support customer confidence and clarity.

While we aim to offer reliable, quality products, used items may occasionally have unseen issues. For this reason, we offer a 15-day return policy on all firearms and accessories. Ammunition returns are accepted and are prorated based on the quantity returned.

By purchasing any item from this website, the buyer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the terms outlined below.

Assumption of Risk

Firearms, ammunition, and shooting accessories are inherently dangerous. By completing a purchase on EstateGunsandAmmo.com, the buyer expressly assumes all risks associated with their use and agrees to hold Custos Arms LLC / Estate Guns & Ammo harmless from any resulting harm.

Completing any required background checks and FFL transfers
Inspecting all items prior to use
Obtaining evaluation by a qualified gunsmith before firing any used firearm (recommended)

7. Refund & Return Policy (15 Days)

EstateGunsandAmmo.com offers a 15-day return period for firearms and accessories. Ammunition may be returned within the same period and will be prorated based on the quantity returned.

Shipping charges are non-refundable
Items must be returned in the same condition as when purchased
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused
Prior approval is required before returning any item
