Each item is inspected and presented with an accurate description and high-definition photographs to support customer confidence. Used items may have normal wear and may occasionally have unseen issues. All items are sold subject to the return policy below. Used Items Sold “As-Is” Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified. Firearm orders require additional compliance steps (FFL verification) and may take longer to process. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. Unless otherwise noted at checkout, shipments are sent using: UPS and/or FedEx (common carriers), and/or USPS for eligible non-regulated items where permitted. Carrier selection may vary based on item type, legal restrictions, destination, and service availability. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout, are calculated by Shipstation or Pirateship.com and are based on one or more of the following: package weight/dimensions, destination, item type (firearm/ammunition/accessory), and required compliance services (adult signature, insurance, special handling). Shipping charges are non-refundable once a package has shipped. All firearms are shipped only to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) in accordance with federal and state law. The customer is responsible for arranging an FFL transfer and ensuring the receiving FFL will accept the transfer. We require the receiving FFL to provide a current license copy and contact verification before shipment. Ammunition and certain accessories may be restricted in some jurisdictions. We ship ammunition and accessories only where legally permitted. Some destinations may require additional documentation (age verification) or may be prohibited entirely. If an order cannot be legally shipped, we will cancel and refund the order (less any non-refundable processing fees charged to us, if applicable). Adult signature is required for all firearm and ammunition shipments. We may insure shipments at our discretion or when required by carrier/service level. Once a package is tendered to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or address errors provided by the customer. If a shipment is refused or returned as undeliverable: the customer is responsible for actual shipping/return costs, and refunds (if any) are subject to inspection and the Return Policy. EstateGunsandAmmo.com offers a 15-day return period for firearms and accessories. Ammunition may be returned within the same period and will be prorated based on the quantity returned. Return Conditions Items must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused. Prior approval is required before returning any item. Contact us before shipping any return. Return Shipping The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law. Firearms must be returned in compliance with all laws and may require shipment to an FFL. Custos Arms LLC accepts major credit and debit cards through secure third-party payment processors, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, and may offer other payment options as displayed at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes/fees. Orders may be held for verification, fraud prevention, compliance review, or identity confirmation. Prices and availability may change without notice. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a refund. Customers agree to contact us first to attempt resolution prior to initiating a chargeback.
