Firearm Purchasing Process (EstateGunsandAmmo.com)

1) Select Your Firearm

• Browse our inventory and select the firearm you’d like to purchase.

• Review the listing details (caliber, condition, included accessories, and high definition photos) before adding it to your cart.

2) Checkout and Confirm Purchase

• Proceed to checkout and enter your contact and shipping information.

• Important: Firearms must ship to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). During checkout you will be asked to provide your chosen FFL’s contact information.  Please include the business name, address, and phone number.  EstateGunsandAmmo.com will obtain the copy of the FFL license.

3) Choose Your Payment Method

You will have two payment options:

Option A — Debit/Credit Card

• Pay securely by debit or credit card.

• A 3% card processing fee will be added to cover bank transaction costs.

Option B — Check or Money Order

• If you choose check or money order, you will receive mailing instructions.

4) FFL Coordination and Shipment

• Once payment is confirmed, an EstateGunsandAmmo.com employee will contact your FFL and coordinate shipment details.

• We will verify the receiving FFL information and confirm the shipping process before the firearm is sent.

5) Transfer and Pickup

• When your firearm arrives at your selected FFL, the FFL will contact you to complete the transfer.

• You will complete all required paperwork and background check per federal and state law.

6) Important Transfer Fee Notice

• The customer is responsible for any transfer fees charged by their chosen FFL.

• Please confirm what your FFL charges for transfers before selecting them, so there are no surprises at pickup.
